Mastercard Foundation (Canada, Rwanda, Ghana)

OD & Change Management Specialists providing change management, communication, organisational design services for the relocation of MCF offices from Canada to Africa. Scope includes FTE calculations, restructuring and staff migration advice.

Cummins International (UK & USA)

Cummins identified the need for an independent party to perform a comprehensive assessment of the environment and recommended short- and long-term initiatives that will create a shift in the environment. May 2021 August 2022. Creating the Right Work Environment is a leadership journey with accountability lying in the hands of leaders at each level of Cummins. Our role is to ensure leaders are sufficiently equipped and enabled with change leadership skills and develop a plan to remediate and address issues identified.

AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR (Netherlands)

Change Management Trainer and Strategists. https://www.aihr.com/courses/digital-change-management/. Created a Digital Change Management course to help organizations navigate digital HR transformation and its impact as well as learn how to manage technology adoption and break down barriers to change in processes within an organization, and to address the impact of change on stakeholders. This Digital Change Management course equips you with everything you need to implement successful digital change initiatives.

Absa Group Limited

Implementation of Managed Services for the entire company using SAP Coupa. Tribal was appointed to provide change management services to the company’s Managed Services and create change capacity across the company for five years.

Effective implementation of COVID-19 Protocols to minimize risk to a national key point. Tribal was appointed to design and implement Change Management interventions to enable the effective rollout of COVID-19 Protocols across the Randburg Technology Campus, a critical national site within the group. Intensive coordination was required with Group Resilience, Group Wellbeing, OHS, Security and other

World Vision South Africa

To assist with the Turnaround of World Vision for it to become a self-sustaining organization by 2020. This move was necessitated by a change in the USA Policy around funding for South Africa and other emerging economies. Providing change management and culture design expertise as well as training leadership on how to manage and manage the change. Staff communication and Board alignment. We provided change training and certification to the twenty-five appointed change agents.

Wesbank Company Group IT

Symposium project – This project was necessitated by the need to align staff salaries within organizations in South Africa in line with the new Equity Act. Our role was to ensure that staff impacted bought into the new salary structures they were given because of the Employment Equity Act. We did change leadership training to equip managers on how to oversee the process.

Hollard Insurance Group

Introduction of new NCR FAIS Reporting standards in Holland Finance. This was a 9-month project where we were appointed to change the reporting culture and educate staff about new reporting standards. We trained over thirty leaders and ten change agents in their roles and to assist us with the change management rollout.

Old Mutual

Appointment as a service provider for all change management requirements including resourcing. Appointed to oversee the integration of Mutual &Federal into Old Mutual. In 2012 Old Mutual made a Policy decision to incorporate Mutual & Federal into the Old Mutual Group. This was a project that impacted 4500 staff members. Our role was to conduct process design, change management and manage the culture journey.

Malawi Revenue Authority

Transformation and Modernization of the Malawi Revenue Authority to meet its new 2020 mandate set up Malawi Treasury in line with new guidelines around domestic taxes and customs. We were appointed to lead the change management aspect of this journey. Project impacted over 10,000 staff across Malawi. Processes included staff training, change impact assessment and road shows throughout the country.

Adcock Ingram Holdings

Adcock Ingram Prescription (Wadeville) Manufacturing (AIH) brought us on board to undertake the initiative-taking process of organizational transformation in response to the changing internal and external environment that it operates in. The project benefits are fully integrated in the change strategy and plan. Project impacts identified early and managed pro-actively – focused on the interactions between AIH organizational units, processes and policies, jobs, and skills impact. We provided the following services: Active and visible sponsorship leading to the implementation of the project initiatives. Cohesive and effective communication, Training Program to close skills gap for identified staff within the AIH.

First Batteries

The Tribal team was brough into co-create the FNB Customer Centric
Culture which in turn would enable First Batteries to effectively prepare
for the change, manage the change and sustain culture change to enable the
execution of their strategy. We did this successfully over a period of 3
years with remarkable culture shifts noticeable from a differently enabled
leadership and workforce.
